01. Orders, Customization & Payments

Do you do re-sizing if I purchased a wrong size?

Yes, we will re-size it if the design allows it to re-size; otherwise, you can re-order, and we can make any size for you.

Can I order a custom piece?

Yes, we absolutely love to create new pieces with our clients. We can also help you design and produce a new piece of jewelry for your old center stones.

Can I personalize an item with an engraving?

Yes, we would love to add your initials, personal message, or a special date to your purchased piece of jewelry.

Can my order be expedited?

Yes, we can expedite your order. Please contact us for details. Exceptions apply during peak seasons like Christmas and Valentine’s Day.

What payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), as well as Bank wire and PayPal.

Do you have a payment plan?

Yes, we can arrange a payment plan. A 50% deposit is required, and we will ship the item once payment is received in full.

02. Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

How fast is your shipping?

Shipping time varies by item. Typically, custom orders ship within 4–5 weeks. Estimated dates are shown on product pages and in the cart.

Does someone need to be available to sign for the package?

Yes, someone over the age of 18 must be available to sign for your package.

How long does it take for a resize?

We recommend allowing two weeks for your resize to be completed.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy from the date you receive the item. See refund policy.

How do I return my item for a refund?

How long does it take for my refund to be processed?

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval. If more than 15 business days pass, contact us at shahin@shahinjewelry.com.

Does your jewelry come with an appraisal?

Yes, all our jewelry comes with an appraisal at no cost to you.

Do your diamonds come with GIA/IGI/EGL Lab Reports?

Yes, if the center diamond is .50ct or bigger.

Is your jewelry made with ethically sourced materials?

Yes! We use real gold and platinum from certified, conflict-free US sources. Our diamonds and gemstones are sourced through AGTA and the Kimberley Process.

Do you have a warranty?

Yes, a 1-year warranty on item quality. Repairs are free for the first 6 months. Handle with care as jewelry is delicate.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes, by appointment only, in the Diamond District of New York.

Can I schedule a video call with you?

Yes, we can do FaceTime, Zoom, or WhatsApp video calls.

Do you do gift wrapping?

Yes, all our jewelry comes in our signature gift box ready to be gifted.
