Description
Richly sculpted metalwork, delicate milgrain, and graceful proportions give this handcrafted Antique Inspired mounting ring a romantic, heirloom-like character. The design is created around a refined circular setting intended to showcase a Round Cut center stone, balanced by tapered shoulders filled with flowing ornamental scrollwork.
The round center mounting is framed by a finely defined border that emphasizes the shape of the selected stone without overwhelming it. A delicate milgrain edge follows the circular outline, introducing a subtle beaded texture and reinforcing the antique-inspired character of the design.
From the side, the elevated center rests above an open decorative gallery, giving the setting visual lightness and dimension. The pierced construction allows the craftsmanship beneath the center to remain visible while creating an elegant transition into the shoulders.
The shoulders are enriched with flowing leaf and scroll motifs that extend outward from the central setting. Open spaces between the ornamental forms create depth and delicacy, while additional milgrain detailing defines their contours. The decorated upper shank gradually narrows into a smooth, polished lower band for a balanced and comfortable fit.
The mounting may be prepared for a Round Cut natural or lab-grown diamond, or for a precious or semi-precious gemstone selected to suit your preferences. Sapphire, ruby, emerald, spinel, tourmaline, aquamarine, and other gemstones can each give the design a distinctly different personality.
Individually handmade by Shahin Jewelry artisans using traditional jewelry-making techniques, precise stone setting, detailed metalwork, milgrain finishing, and meticulous high-end polishing, this mounting is a beautiful foundation for an engagement ring, anniversary ring, or future family heirloom.
It may be crafted in 14K or 18K white, yellow, or rose gold, as well as Platinum.
