Description
Crisp geometry, layered color, and refined detailing define this handcrafted Art Deco Inspired mounting ring. Designed to accommodate an Emerald Cut center stone, the open center setting is surrounded by a structured double halo that highlights the strong architectural proportions of the design.
Closest to the center, a fitted halo of custom-shaped calibré-cut gemstones creates a continuous frame of vivid color, following the rectangular outline and clipped corners of an Emerald Cut stone. An outer octagonal halo of round diamonds adds a second layer of brilliance and gives the ring its distinctive geometric silhouette.
Fine hand-applied milgrain traces the borders of the center mounting and surrounding halos, sharpening the architectural lines and adding delicate vintage-inspired texture. Round diamonds continue onto the upper shoulders, creating a balanced transition from the broad crown to the polished lower shank. The approximate total side diamond weight is 0.62 carats, including the diamonds in the outer halo and shoulder accents.
Viewed from the side, the elevated setting reveals a graceful openwork gallery with pierced decorative motifs, adding visual lightness and intricate detail beneath the layered crown.
The center mounting may be created for an Emerald Cut natural or lab-grown diamond, or for a precious or semi-precious gemstone of the appropriate proportions. The calibré-cut halo may also be personalized with emeralds, rubies, blue or pink sapphires, tsavorites, spinels, tourmalines, or another carefully selected color combination.
Individually handmade by Shahin Jewelry artisans using traditional jewelry-making techniques, custom gemstone fitting, precise diamond setting, fine milgrain work, and meticulous high-end finishing, this mounting is an elegant foundation for an engagement ring, anniversary ring, or future family heirloom.
It may be crafted in 14K or 18K white, yellow, or rose gold, as well as Platinum.
