Description
Radiating color and diamond brilliance give this handcrafted Art Deco Inspired ring its striking sunburst character. At the center, an elegant Oval Cut stone rises above a sculptural, softly domed setting, creating a prominent focal point surrounded by a rhythmic arrangement of gemstone and diamond rays.
The center may be set with an Oval Cut natural or lab-grown diamond in your preferred size and quality, or personalized with any precious or semi-precious gemstone of your choice. Clients may also provide their own center stone for setting.
Precisely fitted calibré-cut colored gemstones extend outward around the center in tapered panels, following the rounded contours of the elevated halo. Alternating between them, flared sections set with round diamonds create luminous rays that emphasize the ring’s symmetry and give the composition its distinctive sunburst effect. Fine milgrain outlines the individual sections, sharpening the pattern while adding a refined vintage-inspired texture.
The round accent diamonds have an approximate total weight of 0.74 carats. Their varied placement across the radiating panels introduces lively brilliance without interrupting the bold color and architectural rhythm of the design.
Viewed from the side, the prominent oval top reveals a graceful bombé-style profile supported by an open gallery. The elevated construction allows the gemstone panels to follow the dome naturally, while the sculpted shoulders transition smoothly into a slender, polished lower shank for a balanced and comfortable fit.
The calibré-cut accents may be customized with blue sapphires, rubies, emeralds, tsavorites, pink sapphires, spinels, tourmalines, or a distinctive combination of colors selected to complement or contrast with the center stone. Each palette gives the sunburst composition a completely different personality.
Individually handmade by Shahin Jewelry artisans using traditional jewelry-making techniques, precise stone fitting, milgrain work, and meticulous high-end finishing, this statement ring is an elegant choice for an engagement, cocktail occasion, milestone anniversary, formal celebration, or future family heirloom.
It may be crafted in 14K or 18K white, yellow, or rose gold, as well as platinum, with the center stone, gemstone colors, metal, and finishing details tailored to your vision.
